The cartoon shows a yellow car with an open door at night on what appears to be a city street. Inside is a character who looks like Homer Simpson from "The Simpsons," sitting in the driver's seat, holding up his middle finger and yelling obscenities out of frustration or anger towards something outside the frame that has caused him distress. The car window shows an image of another yellow vehicle with its headlights on behind a gas station sign, suggesting it is approaching from afar.
