The image shows a yellow caution sign with black text that reads "CAUTION OUT OF ORDER" at top and "signed by date 12-30-98" below it in smaller font, indicating an expired notice for maintenance work or service disruption. There is no additional context provided about the setting or objects present within this image. The focus of the clip art appears to be on conveying a message related to caution and outage notification rather than depicting specific details from its surroundings.
