The cartoon depicts a character holding an open cardboard box with "June" written on it while standing next to a calendar that says June 29th. There is also another smaller image of a pencil and eraser inside the box, along with some writing in black ink atop the box which appears to be autographs or signatures. The character has an exaggeratedly large head compared to its body, wearing shorts and holding what looks like a pen over their shoulder as if they are about to write something on it.
