The card shows a sequence of playing cards with hearts on them: 6 of spades at top left; followed by three queens in middle row (center queen is larger than others); then two kings below, also showing large red heart symbols and numbers "9" & "10". Bottom right corner has the number "7", but no corresponding card. The background appears to be a notebook or lined paper with some writing on it that's not legible in this image.
